Ise Aduchimomoyama joukagai; Samurai Kingdom Ninja - Ise

Ise Aduchimomoyama joukagai (Samurai Kingdom Ninja - Ise) in Mie prefecture is an amusement park which is under the theme of Sengoku period in Japan.

You can see many Samurai and buildings of that period. And there are many exhibits.

This spot might be especially interesting for foreign travellers!

The whole of this park is a reproduction of old Japanese town. There are many shops of souvenir and restaurants. 

There is a maze game likened to Samurai period, too. It's very funny.

 

You can see action drama and comedy by Samurais. The samurai fights by Japanese sword, it might be exciting!

You can climb to the big Japanese castle. The model of this castle is Azuchi castle of Nobunaga Oda, which is a central point in Sengoku period. The castle is beyond this gate.

You can see the view of sea from top of the castle. This is Ise bay. The fishing industry is flourishing there.

There are exhibits of life at Sengoku period in the castles. Arts, weapon and cloths etc of Samurai period are on display.

This is an entrance of room made by gold! It's a symbol of power of the lord of castle.

Ise shrine and Oharai street; the highest prestige shrine in Japan

Ise city in Mie prefecture is famous for Ise shrine and Oharai street.
Ise shrine is said to be one of the highest prestige shrine in Japan.

Oharai street is Japanese shop street loading to Ise shrine.

Especially, many people visit there on new year.

You can enjoy Japanese sweetness at Oharai street.

Furthermore, Shima region near Ise city is superb landscape.

You can travel also this region when you visit Ise.

 You can access to Ise shrine by bus from Iseshi station or Ujiyamada station.
