So, people became to be able to travel from Tokyo to Hakodate by Shinkansen in 4 hours.
I went to Omiya station in order to see the first train on the opening day.
Many people gathered and heated there.
Hakodate is a southern city in Hokkaido, and known for sihgtseeing place, especially the night view.
The opening construction will be continued for another many years and Hokkaido Shinkansen will open between Hakodate and Sapporo by the year 2030.
