The view of daytime is also good, but I recommend especially to walk at night. The night view from Rainbow bridge is one of the best night view in Tokyo!!
You can access to Rainbow bridge from Tamachi station of JR line or Shibaurafuto station of Yurikamome line. You can go up in the elevator.
The following is sidewalk of Rainbow bridge. Cars pass through your side, it's exciting.
Some people are running at this sidewalk.
You can select South course or North course.
You can walk with viewing Odaiba by selecting South course.
The view with some Japanese houseboat is beautiful and interesting.
The north course is also beautiful. You can see Ariake area and Tokyo tower.
There are some rest space. You can sit and see the view. There is a map of this bridge.
You can arrive at Odaiba by foot from Tamachi station. It takes about 30 - 60 minutes to go across this bridge.
If you have an extra time in Tokyo, I recommend to visit this bridge at night.
The business time of sidewalk of Rainbow bridge is 9:00 - 21:00 from April 1 to October 31 and 10:00 - 18:00 from November 1 to March 31.
As written above, you can access to Rainbow bridge from Tamachi station of JR line (15 minutes by foot) or Shibaurafuto station of Yurikamome line (5 minutes by foot).
